Scott Evans, President Account Executive
As President of the corporation, Mr. Evans oversees all functions of the corporation which includes construction and administrative performance relative to all contracts and agreements.
Stuart Wilson, Vice President
Stuart is LEEP AP certified and is responsible for our major renovation and ground up construction projects through California and Nevada. In addition, he oversees our project Managers and Engineers to assure that all projects run smoothly.
Richard Gamboa, Executive Manager
Mr. Gamboa is responsible to oversee all construction projects in California and Nevada. Additionally he serves as a key member of our management team. As his workload allows, he also serves a project manager to our renovation and ground up construction projects as well as assists other Project Managers as the need arises.
Cindy Jucksch, Account Executive
Cindy oversees all corporate administrative functions. She assigns the administrative teams to each project. In addition she serves as project accountant for major remodel and group-up construction projects.
Josh Lynch, Senior Project Manager
As a key manager to our project management team, josh specializes in major remodel and renovation projects, including but not limited to electrical upgrades, such as generator and UPS instillation.
Marcus Guizar, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Guizar is out in-House Architect. He is a member of AIA and also serves as a Senior Project Manager to renovation and ground-up construction projects through the State of California and Nevada.
John Mahaffey, Senior Project Manager
As a key manager to our project management team, John specializes in minor remodel and renovation projects.
Karina Isiordia, Project Engineer
Karina is responsible to maintain out Timberline Project Management data base. She assists our Project Managers in the bidding process and maintains our plan room.
Lisa Saldana, Project Accountant
Ms. Saldana serves as Project Accountant. Her responsibility is to reconcile all in-House job costing activities as the apply to our account receivable function.
Raquel Casillas, Project Estimator/Engineer
In her capacity as Project Estimator, Ms. Casillas is responsible to actively bid our projects out for both subcontracted work and materials.
